Our first Paper Preeti dolls have been traveling all around the world... USA, South Korea, Singapore, New Zealand, Sweden, Denmark! Amazing!!! In the pictures, Munne went to Chicago and met Elaine and Anne.

While those students will keep traveling, we would like to give the same opportunity to other students.

Today is the time to remember the tireless efforts of the humanitarians and keepers of global Peace.

The United Nations wanted to mark the bombing of the U.N Headquarters in Baghdad in 2003. Twenty two lives were lost. Through this day, we as supporters of peace, get to honor their cause: saving humanity.

Let us contribute to the memory of all those who lost their lives in their struggle to maintain human dignity.

Global Giving Challenge starts today! From today until September, 18th we need to raise $4000 from at least 50 unique donors.

Join Pardada Pardadi efforts and help us improving the lives of rural girls in India. Having a permanent spot on the Global Giving website will help us to raise awareness for our efforts.

How will you donation make an impact?
$10 - provides 1 nutritious meal a day to 10 girls
$20 - provides stationery/books for a girl for 6 months
$60 - funds 1 girl's vocational training material for 1 year
$80 - pays a month salary to 1 teacher

As Global Giving Challenge participants, Pardada Pardadi needs to raise funds through GlobalGiving.com from August 18th –September 18th. The three projects that raise the most will receive awards of $3,000, $2,000, and $1,000, respectively; the project receiving the most individual donations will receive an additional $3,000.
